Kirsten Sheridan43 days agoWe had the most wonderful stay with Rent Paris Now. Our apartment was in a perfect location in Saint Germain, situated on a small but lively block. Easy to find, we were welcomed upon arrival by Roland, who took the time to show us around the apartment and tell us what we needed to know for our stay. The apartment was beautifully and comfortably furnished, and extremely clean. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable, and while situated in a bustling neighborhood, the apartment itself was very quiet. The neighborhood speaks for itself with incredible shops and restaurants throughout. My family of 4 highly recommends Rent Paris Now for accommodations in Paris. Jessica Klein143 days agoThis apartment in Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood was absolute perfection! The location is so central with transportation-bus & metro, around the corner. It's quiet, safe and easily walkable to all parts of Paris. My friend and I enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return. The apartment is perfectly appointed with everything you need for your stay. The beds were very comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was great! This was the first time that I stayed in an apartment instead of a hotel in Paris and it was so much more relaxing! Our host welcomed us and met us before we left. Tina Y Ueno167 days agoWe had a wonderful stay in Saint-Germain-des-Prés as a family of four. Communication before arrival was quick, clear, and very helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the owner warmly welcomed us and explained everything, which made us feel at ease right away. The neighborhood is lively, but the bedrooms face the inner courtyard, so it was quiet at night. The apartment has two bedrooms, but since our daughters are older, we also used the sofa bed in the living room, which worked well. The location is fantastic—surrounded by great restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and markets, and within walking distance to Notre-Dame and the Louvre. Thank you for a lovely stay. Debra Kling201 days agoThis year, for a change of pace, we stayed in a well-appointed and well laid-out apartment in the 7th. David met us upon our arrival, and keys and all "how-to" instructions were provided. We were fortunate to have a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen! This made it possible to bring fewer clothes for our one-month stay. The apartment was in a residential neighborhood within a quick walk to the 6th, where we spent a lot of time. We also enjoyed several little cafes, boulangeries with one block of the apartment.Posted on Google

We have found the apartments to be both clean and comfortable and the locations to be very convenient. They were exactly as represented. We also asked for and received recommendations for airport transportation and nearby shopping and sites which we found extremely helpful for our visits. The staff is available to help with questions. Diane Richardson270 days agoJose was a big help in making me feel comfortable about renting this flat. It was really nice to have someone in the US to talk to, even though the rental was in Paris. The rental was lovely, very French inspired. The location was in the middle of fun restaurants to try. And it was located around the corner from the Notra Dame Cathedral! bonnie fields309 days agoI have rented from RPN for many years and stayed in their apartments more times than I can count. The apartments are always meticulously clean. The pictures depict the apartments accurately and they are even more inviting than the pictures show. The staff are very responsive to questions and inquires of a personal nature. They do their best to accommodate arrival times, etc. The greeters in Paris are excellent. I trust that I will not be disappointed when renting from them. Bruce CunninghamMD353 days agoMy family and I truly trust and respect Rent Paris Now. We have used it over the last 10 or 12 years for almost every trip that we take to Europe. The staff has only gotten better in the communication between the office and individual people like myself regarding ARRANGEMENTS. Hello team member always talks to us our emails in advance and is present at our arrival to open and acclimate us to the property. It is easy to contact them subsequently for questions that one might have forgotten after a 12-hour flight.. The property's offered range in location andsophistication to wide degree allowing people to choose what works best for them. We tend to stay in some of the more expensive ones and they are always a treat, generally a wonderful or even an old that has been repurposed. The ability to get elite spots within town and not be encumbered with parking and the other business that goes on with a hotel. We are just returning from our 11th day stay on the lsle St Louis, a very special and wonderful island in the middle of the Siene River, a five minute walk to the renovated Notre Dame, seen on the bridge from just outside our unit. Rent Paris now is able to offer unique small spots like this and it makes them a great treat to work with. No hesitation with the recommendation.+0Posted on Google

Jose sent photos and floor plans so that I knew exactly what I was getting. The apartments were spotless. The representative who met us was very helpful, and gave she suggestions for restaurants and services in addition to the extenslve information provided by Jose. In addition, Jose was responsive, meaning that he answered his phone and responded quickly to email messages. This was very important for my peace of mind. Joanne Smith431 days agoMy college friends and I visited Paris and stayed at one of the charming apartments in the St. Germain area. The apartment was quintessential Paris - very lovely ceilings, art and furnishings. And the location was fabulous. We strolled around the shopping areas and bistros and only 10 min ride to most all of the Paris attractions. The access was super easy and David was extremely responsive. It was fabulous to have a spot to come back to each day and catch up with one another in the living room over a nice glass of wine and cheese that we picked up. Arrival was handled well -- again, fabulous communication, and someone was in the flat to show me around. The flat has everything you would need: plenty of space, a kitchen, light-filled living area with pull-out bed, and a spacious bedroom as well. There were instructions all throughout the flat, which made everything clear and convenient. Quiet building. The neighborhood is charming. We were able to walk to Sacre Coeur, and it was convenient to the metro as well. Highly, highly recommend!Posted on Google

Stephanie471 days agoThis is a lovely, comfortable, spacious 19th century apartment, filled with light due to the many French doors throughout. Located on the third floor (European third floor), in a coveted corner unit, in a quiet building in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and sleeping after a day out and about in Paris. Can’t explain it, but in this apartment, we felt so connected to Paris, past and present, like longtime Parisiens. Love having the double-sink vanity in the bathroom and the separate Bosch washer and dryer. We look forward to our next stay at 43 Rue Vaneau! Many thanks to Jose, always super responsive and super helpful. In late April we were heading back to Paris for our final 8 nights in France, no accommodations reserved. valerie vincek480 days agoWhat an amazing place! Location was great- near metro and bus stops. Walkable to many locations. Fantastic boulangerie, wine bar and several restaurants steps away. The furnishings were beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. Lift was great. Washer, dryer and very functional kitchen. We only stayed for a week but it would definitely be comfortable for an extended stay. I’d go back in a minute!Posted on Google
Richelle Jacobs495 days agoIt's very difficult to rent apartments short term in Paris these days, so I feel especially fortunate to have found Rent Paris Now. Jose had two apartments that would have suited our needs. The one we chose was in the 7th arrondissement - a terrific part of town -- so we walked and metro'ed everywhere. Our 2-bedroom apartment was filled with genuine antiques (what rentals have that??). Not to mention a terrific patisserie less than half a block away! During the build-up to our trip, Jose forgot to tell us he would be away on vacation, so (being an anxious traveler) I started to fret when he didn't respond to my emails. Once back in town, though, he was very communicative (whew!). I recommend Jose's services without reservation if you'd like to rent an apartment in Paris.Posted on Google

Marcia Bourland681 days agoFor many years now we have rented apartments in different parts of Paris. Most recently, we stayed 2+ weeks in an apartment located on the Ile Saint Louis, which we found through Rent Paris Now. This was the most spacious, best equipped, and comfortable of all the apartments we’ve stayed in. It is the only apartment on the 1st floor of the building, which also has a small elevator (a necessity for one of us with limited mobility who uses a rolling walker). Thus it is both private and easily accessible. Inside, the ‘great room’ that includes dining and living room areas has a wall of windows for full natural light and good street views. With 2 bedrooms it could comfortably accommodate a family of 4. Even though we were just 2, we found the second bedroom gave us a useful space in which to spread out more comfortably. The location on the Ile Saint Louis was just great, it being a very picturesque small neighborhood (bounded by the beautiful Seine on all sides) which has cafes, restaurants, and stores with just about anyything one might need within 2- 3 blocks. Ile Saint Louis is also a great starting point for seeing the sights of Paris, beginning with the iconic Notre Dame cathedral just a few paces across the bridge leading to Ile de la Cité. Our experience with Rent Paris Now was excellent. We will surely want to rent this apartment again if lucky enough to enjoy more visits to Paris.Posted on Google

The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, quiet and with an exceptional kitchen/family room. One could not ask for a better base in Paris. Ed Webster767 days agoWe rented two beautiful apartments in the Palais Royale in early July 2024 for our family of 9. The four bedroom was like a mini Versailles-beautiful chandeliers and furniture, a view over the trees in the Palais courtyard, and an opulent bathroom with gold swans for faucets. Modern kitchen with American washer and dryer and great air conditioning. The location is magnificent, 2 blocks from the Louvre, the Seine just beyond, can walk everywhere. When the olympic torch passed by the Louvre two weeks later, it felt like they were passing through our backyard. Wonderful welcome with pastries, flowers and wine. Jose was so accommodating, helping with rental accommodations, drivers to the airport and guided tours (like a private boat trip on the Seine).Posted on Google

You will not be disappointed in this fabulous 2 large suites plus a 3rd bunk room. Kitchen is stocked and having a washer/dryer was the best. Maureen Wiklund1070 days agoIn the early fall of 2023, my husband and I began our 40th Anniversary Trip with a long-awaited visit to France, beginning with nine days in Paris. One of the highlights of our trip was our apartment - arranged and managed by Jose and his team at Rent Paris Now. With all that Paris has to offer a traveler - and we fully enjoyed museums, churches, concerts, incredible meals and exploring this beautiful city - it may seem unusual to hear that our apartment was a highlight! Having an apartment to start and end our busy days provided us with a place to relax and reflect and provided some balance for us as tourists. The apartment was beautiful, decorated and designed with classic Parisian charm and elegance. It was in an iconic, well-secured building in a beautiful neighborhood. We had everything we needed to make and enjoy our own meals; we had wireless access so we could continue to make arrangements for our trip; and enjoyed a lovely setting for an evening class of wine in the living room. It was wonderful to be in a neighborhood - we particularly enjoyed hearing kids at play at the school down the street. Over our days there, we started to feel part of a very friendly city neighborhood. We were a block or two away from dozens of restaurants and shops and so, had the best of both worlds. Staying in a Rent Paris Now Apartment was also a highlight because of our experiences with Jose Ibarra and the Rent Paris Now team. We are not seasoned travelers and planning a 20 day trip through three regions of France was a huge undertaking for us to do on our own. A friend (who does travel in Europe frequently) shared the contact info for Rent Paris Now with us and it made such a difference in our planning. No more searching through VRBO or Air BnB listings hoping that what was pictured was accurate, or was in a neighborhood that would be a good match for us! We knew we could trust Rent Paris Now to find us a clean, well-maintained apartment that met our needs. Jose was responsive to all our concerns and worked on our behalf to find a great place for us to stay. All of the technical details - sending a deposit, etc - were easy and personalized. Upon arrival in Paris, a member of the team - a great guy named Ico - welcomed us to the apartment, helped us with our bags and even provided us with wine and a delicious charcuterie board! The experience with Rent Paris Now was reassuring for us as novice travelers, worried about each decision we made as we planned our trip. Partnering with Jose Ibarra and Rent Paris Now felt like we were being mentored by an experienced, kind friend who would make sure we had the best place to stay, for us. We hope to return to Paris some day and an email to Rent Paris Now will be the first step in our planning. I believe that they also work in other European cities... now that we have the travel bug, we know where to start for our next trip!Posted on Google
Ellen H1077 days agoOur recent trip to Paris we again used Rent Paris Now after using airbnb for a couple of trips. The flat was beautiful, sparkling clean with an elevator and a small balcony where we could sit with a glass of wine and look out at our neighborhood. It was quiet at night and we had fresh air through the many large windows! With Rent Paris Now you always know that the apartments are well-equipped and that someone will meet you at the apartment, show you around and explain how to work the appliances, which is not always clear to Americans. The greeter, Ico, also left us some fresh coffee for our mornings. In addition the apartment had a notebook containing instructions for the appliances and recommendations for neighborhood and other Paris activities. Katie Feldmann1115 days agoI have rented six apartments from Jose in the past two years, from the Marais, to Ile St Louis, to Rue Cler and the Eiffel Tower, and have had nothing but the best experiences. The apartments are always clean and attractively decorated, and everything is in working order. The greeters could not be nicer, and they are always ready to help make your stay memorable. A special thanks to Iko, who managed several of the apartments and even helped us get from one checkout to another. But I was most impressed when I had a plumbing issue at one of the more exclusive apartments, and when the owner refused to address the issue, Jose and Iko immediately found another apartment and helped us move to a place even nicer. It happened as quickly and easily as it could possibly have been handled, and we were able to continue our stay in Paris without missing a beat. That is not something that happens every day! Jose was always quick to respond to booking questions, and David gave the perfect introduction in Paris. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our family, and was exactly as advertised. Westmountgal3208 days agoI rented 14 Rue de Faubourg St. Honore for my beautiful 20'ish single daughter who was working for the French Government and studying at the Dauphine U. After installing her and visiting her monthly, I must say I made the right choice. Jose was always there when I needed to discuss anything and made me much less nervous because his team in Paris was efficient and professional. We will never forget how magnificient it was even if it was a 5 floor walk up because right in front we could watch the fashion designers on the second floor pinning materials to mannequins designing the next season's hits. La Duree was a street away and wine was inexpensive and restaurants had fixed price menus. Manifique.Posted on Google

So well positioned for everything (even though the weather was a little wet) and the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame and Seine all within a square mile. Everything went very smoothly from pick-up at the station to check-out and return to the airport. No issues with the apartment - little slice of Parissien heaven. Ladona Maupin4462 days agoMyself, my daughter, and granddaughters spent one of the best weeks of our life (July 2014) in 26 Rue Fabert. What a stunning and fabulous apartment! It offered all the amenities five women need: comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. In addition we felt secure in the apartment and the building itself. We entered with a key fob through 2 security doors and our apartment locked securely. The ambience was peaceful and quiet, except when we were all getting ready at the same time! In addition, the apartment is centrally located, enabling us to walk or travel a short distance to most things. Even Montmartre was not that far away. Finally, I want to praise the property managers who were extremely helpful and responsive. From last September when I rented the property to our stay in the apartment, everything went according to plan. When it was time to leave none of us really wanted to leave Paris or our beautiful apartment.Posted on Google
Susan Barnes4647 days agoWe had the most wonderful month at our Rue Chappe apartment rented through RentParisNow. It is so well-equipped we felt right at home. Our favorite thing to do while there was to sit on the sofa and watch the people climbing the steps to Montmartre. It was a great neighborhood, close to two Metro stops, restaurants and a huge grocery. We loved getting to know the proprietor of the laundromat, even though he spoke no English and our French is laughable. The RentParisNow hosts were so accommodating and checked on us a couple of times during our stay. Only warning--if you can't negotiate the very steep hill up to the apartment, you might reconsider. Christine Hetherington4661 days agoC'est magnifique My husband and I stayed 8 nights in this beautifully appointed tres chic apartment in September. It was everything we expected - from being met at the entrance, getting a run through on the facilities and recommendations for eating out. The apartment building is on the main street in the centre of Le Marais with shops, bars and restaurants on every corner (and in between)but because of the internal courtyard there is no noise at all! The restaurant opposite was so good we ate there on 3 occasions as well as several other old favourites. Dining out though was almost a shame because the kitchen was superbly equipped, but there you go. My husband and I have stayed in Paris on numerous occasions but this was by far the best in terms of location, presentation (tres charmant) and the amenities. So good, in fact,we are about to book 7 days next October.Posted on Google
