Latin Quarter near famous Mouffetard Market

This « maisonnette » is situated adjasent tothe inner-courtyard of the building. This beautiful apartment has been recently fully renovated and is equipped with all modern comforts and amenities. It has all that one would hope for in terms of brightness, peace and quiet, comfort, modern amenities and style. A large livingroom or living area with wonderful lighting awaits you. This area is equipped with a convertible sofabed (W140cm) comfortable for 2 people. Other furnishings include a flat screen TV, a round table, a sofa chair and plenty of storage for your belongings.

Adjasent to the livingroom or living area there is a modern kitchenette with two electrical plaques, smoking hood, microwave oven, refrigerator equipped with an integrated freezer. A small table is convenient for a quick morning breakfast.

Next to the living room, separated by a curtain there is a double bed (W140cm) comfortable for 2 people with a bedside table and lamp. A built in wardrobe has space for luggage.

The ensuite bathroom has a big shower, washbasin and mirror, heated towel rack, washing machine and hair dryer.

There is also e a baby bed, iron and ironing board and a fan. All linen and towels are provided.

The apartment is close to the centre, in the south of the Latin Quarter near the famous street market rue Mouffetard. Rue Mouffetard is an ancient narrow street that works in the same way it has for centuries: as a place where people live, shop, eat and meet. Rue Mouffetard runs on a gentle slope from the Place de la Contrescarpe down to the Square St. Medard. The street has become a major attraction for Parisians - especially young ones - and tourists alike. Houses as old as nine centuries line the street, with cafes, food shops, and a morning market that spills out onto the congested street.

Places to visit include the Paris Mosque, the Jardin des Plantes and Natural History Museum, the Pantheon (the mausoleum for famous Frenchmen like Victor Hugo), the Arènes de Lutèce (the ancient Roman arena), the Manufacture des Gobelins (tapestry workshops) and the Cluny museum (Roman baths and medieval history).

Be at the Jardin du Luxembourg or Notre Dame in 10 to 15 minute walk or take the Metro or Bus to many of other Paris attractions.
